The Mauger Estate B&B (pronounced Major) is a wonderfully intimate, restored Queen Anne residence, where high ceilings and rich woodwork offer an old-fashioned and rewarding experience. Situated within walking distance of Route 66, the downtown business district and Historic Old Town, the Mauger Estate B&B is Albuquerque's most centrally located bed & breakfast. While our guest register includes such celebrities as Linda Rondstadt and Martin Sheen, all of our guests are treated like celebrities. The Estate was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

You'll find our rooms at the inn outfitted very comfortably with fine European linens, signature soaps and chocolates, and numerous other amenities to make your stay a pleasant one.
Pet Information Pet Policy:
Small and Medium dogs are welcome in our special guest room designed just for our furry friends. The room is ground floor with a doggie door and fenced side yard. We also have 2 dog friendly townhouses that have fenced back patios. A one time fee of $30.00 for each stay.

It first opened its doors to guests as a bed and breakfast in 1987, and has enjoyed a full and successful history ever since. The Mauger Estate is listed in over 50 guidebooks, and has been featured in the LA Times, the NY Times, and Home and Garden and Travel and Leisure magazines.
