Ethel

Founded in 1998, Ethel is a musically omnivorous, prolific and passionate band of four world-class, Juilliard trained composer/musicians that will keep you on th edge of your seat. They have created a distinct playing style - a fusion of blues, rock, classical, jazz and other popular genres - that flows from each member's unique musical experiences. Ethel has collaborated with many of today's most compelling artists, including Sheryl Crow, Ornette Coleman and Yo-Yo Ma. Their performances are eclectic in style and dynamic in practice, featuring works by members of the quartet and by prominent composers from the vanguard of contemporary musical America.
